Can you imagine what it would be like to have to store more than 60,000 supplies in your shop?
See it for real when PaulB Wholesale hosts its first Showcase event, Friday, Feb. 26, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., to give customers an insider’s look at how PaulB processes orders from entry to fulfillment.
“We’ve grown a lot in the last few years, and this is an opportunity to showcase the full breadth of products we have,” said sales manager Doug Martin. PaulB Wholesale customers familiar with the large print catalog, and all the items it features, will be able to see those items “live,” as well as many others in the huge inventory.
Customers will also be able to interact with manufacturing reps from popular brands like Irwin Tools, Permatex, Timken Drives, KML Bearings, Parker, Carlisle, Weasler, and Vallast®.
“Customers will have direct access to their manufacturer’s professionals,” Martin continued.
“It’s important for our vendors to see who our customers are and hear their needs, and why certain things are important to them. That strengthens the whole relationship between vendor, us, and customers.”
The event also will give the team an opportunity to explain why PaulB Wholesale has certain time frames set up for receiving and delivery of their products.
Product demos, samples, promotions, and giveaways are planned. Refreshments will be served throughout the day. Customers can take guided tours to see the entire process of product fulfillment. Demonstrations of equipment and systems will be offered.
“One of our main goals is to have our customers meet the internal team at PaulB Wholesale. A lot of our customers see our salesmen, but might get only the voice from our other folks,” Martin added. “We are a relational team; we see business as relational.”
The Showcase is a drop-in/open house event.
Customers who may have to travel a bit for the event can make a weekend of it by attending other special events in Lancaster County, and nearby areas. See http://bit.ly/CountyEvents.
